Terms of use

MovQuiz is a knowledge / trivia game based on movie and TV show plots. It asks questions about movies and TV shows, tracks scores, and may show a leaderboard. The Service is for entertainment only; it is not an official contest, gambling, or prize draw.

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google / Apple. Keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for account security. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in particular:

• Not to manipulate scores or questions with cheats, bots, automation, or other abuse.
• Not to attack the system, flood requests, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Not to send insults, spam, illegal, or harmful content via the contact form or similar channels.
• Not to infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personality rights, etc.).

Scores and rankings are for fun and may contain errors, delays, or resets. Question text is inspired by movie and TV show works; MovQuiz is not necessarily an official partner of those productions. Content is for information / entertainment.

The MovQuiz brand, UI, software, and original copy belong to us. movie and TV show titles, images, and characters belong to their rights holders and appear only for identification / entertainment.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent allowed by law, MovQuiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these terms. Material changes update the date and may be announced in the site or app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
